Monarchs flying high (treetop height), headed south. Saw a few mid-day, then more just before sunset. Might have seen them all day if I had been outdoors. Whenever I was out, I saw them. In addition to these sightings, I released four Monarchs today. I live on the exact edge of Lake Michigan, on a bluff overlooking the lake, which I believe may be a flyway.
