The flowers are potted salvia on my deck at home, but the hummingbirds love them anyway. And when "Mom" is defending the feeder, "Daughter" still gets to eat!
Unusual - I haven't seen any of the young this summer. Usually by now there are a half-dozen dive-bombing the feeder. This year, only the two females have been sighted, leaving me wondering if they had a successful breeding season or not.
