Feeder activity has decreased from over 110 visits per day less than 2 weeks ago to only 2 visits today. I think that the last of our summer residents left yesterday, because we had early morning visits to the feeder and then only occasional visits to the flowers the rest of the day. Today, there were only the two feeder visits in the early afternoon and a few visits to the flowers throughout the day. Temperatures dropped today and we are expecting a cold rainy weekend.
