Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/11/2015

Number: 1

Our hummer that we have nicknamed "Butterball" is still feeding at the feeder and in the garden on flowers, growing fatter each day! She is definitely plumper than the other hummers we see each day. Our garden is a Monarch Waystation so we have several monarch butterflys around every day. It's a joy to watch the hummers and the Monarchs chasing each other around the garden, all wanting "first nectaring rights" at the Mexican sunflowers.
