We have been seeing two hummingbirds all day and every day since August 11. They seem to spend as much time chasing each other as they do feeding. I can't tell if they are females or juvenile males. They love the ever popular Black and Blue Salvia. This year I planted Hot Lips Salvia and it too is a hummingbird magnet. I expect my little friends will be heading south very soon. How I will miss them!
