From 1-2 p.m.: 1 hr. at the U of M Landscape Arb., spotted a total of 5 butterflies in a 40+ acre restored long-grass prairie area. Sunny out, but temps. were cool with a high of 66 degrees.
3 were fluttering around in close proximity to each other, feeding on wild aster.
