I haven't seen a monarch in my backyard for 4 days until today when I spotted one on my Mexican Sunflowers. The SE wind is a little brisk but it was able to visit its many flowers. The three plants take up a 5' tall by 4' wide area. There's many other nectar plants but the Mexican Sunflowers seems to be a bigger attraction. I'm hoping to keep the plants going as long as the weather permits. The sighting definitely improved my spirits.
