Monarch heading south across parking lot in New Brighton. I've seen monarchs crossing this parking lot before. It lies along a north/south railroad track corridor that has stands of milkweed. I have found eggs for both third and fourth generation monarchs here for at least 6-7 years. Perhaps monarchs use railroad track corridors when they migrate both to the north and on the way to Mexico.
