I have a shady garden, but I'm still seeing the occasional Monarch here--usually appearing when the late afternoon sun is shining on the back garden. This female seemed to enjoy nectar from Blue Mistflowers, which are just now hitting their peak of bloom. Temperatures this week have been in the high 70sF/low 80sF, with light winds.
