I just put out feeders a week ago and have been doing it in the fall for the last 3 years. The feeders are in the same location each year. I have 1 feeder in the yard and 2 off my deck. Today was the first I have seen so far and I'm unsure of the sex (I am still uneducated in determining the sex). In the past years I have had multiple Humming birds that defend their place at the feeder. I am excited and hoping I will see more in the next few days!
