We have boarded our stable at the same Training Center near McGregor for over 20 years and watched the Monarch's pass thru on their way to Point Pelee annualy. The last 3 years have shown an enormous decline to the point where this fall we are seeing perhaps only 1 or 2 a day passing thru. The farm has been exposed to annual spraying with RoundUp to control weeds around the fenceposts. I have recently transplanted Organic Milkweed to my home garden in hopes that next year I may be able to help the Monarch's.
