Watched one male monarch emerge from chrysalis in the morning. He flew away around 14:30 hours. One more (not able to identify gender) in the evening, and left between 9 and 9:30am. A 3rd emerged from a chrysalis this morning (I sent it to my son's grade 3 class, so they could observe it). They will be releasing it in the school's butterfly garden this afternoon.One more chrysalis to go, in my daughter's grade 1 class.
