They were just flying around as I walked under the tree, and when I returned I noticed they were staying for the night. They were there for 2 nights, and gone this evening (9/17). I saw them on the nights of Sept 15th and 16th. they were so beautiful!
I had noticed butterflies last year about this time, but was totally unaware that it could have been a migration, so paid more attention this year, and was so glad to see them!
