Hummingbird, Nectaring from Flowers
Sightings report image

Date: 09/17/2015

Number: 6

There were at least 3 dozen hummers at a time fighting over the feeders, but also going to the flowers for nectar, at the beginning of the week. We are down to about a dozen in the morning, and again in the evening. Mostly ruby-throats, but also some black-chinned females, along with many juveniles of both variations.
