Female or young male Attempting to feed at feeders around the house. Chased off by hornet.

This is usually the last week I see hummingbirds at my house. We've had two nights in the last week in the high 40s. Lstely it has been dry and sunny.

There are still small red flowers on sage plants that attract the hummingbirds. Down around a pond, there are wild red flowers shaped like the pineapple sage that I have seen hummers feed at but I don't know what they are.
