Just put out the feeders as usual, and a hummer flew in for a drink. We had not seen one for a week and before that not since about mid August. I usually keep a feeder going until mid October for the stranglers heading south from Alaska. This one appeared to be a youngster or a small female. Only stayed a few minutes and was gone .
