I spotted the first adult monarch at corner of Huntley Street and Earl Place, TO, ONT on 09/20/15 at approx 1pm. It flew by us at waist level and landed on cement road. I tried to take a picture but some people walked towards it and it flew off. It went straight up in the air and flew above the houses on Earl Place (Street) heading south-west towards Jarvis Street. The second adult monarch was spotted at Riverdale Farm park, TO, ONT at approx 3pm same afternoon (corner of Winchester and ?). Same scenario, came down out of air at waist level, fluttered by a few bushes at the park's corner and then up into the air going SW towards Parliament Street. It didn't land it was too fast to take a picture.
