Seeing lots of travelers. Counted 20+ today, and for the last 4 days. The extra warm weather has the feeders abuzz with eating ,playing, and chasing, with many sitting in the tree at the same time to rest. Lots of females, fewer males, and even a tiny micro hummer(?). He or she, was tiny, and flew different, and beeped different too, ( more investigation needed here). We are filling feeders twice a day right now. More visitors than we have seen at this farm in 30 years. Simply awesome! They buzz my hands while I'm filling the feeders. Amazing little creatures.
