What a difference a day makes, three RT hummers yesterday down to one today. I'm really going to miss one of them. She spent most of the day on "her" perch even chasing a gold finch from it. It's sad seeing it without her perched there hawking bugs and guarding her feeder. She has a dent/sore on her beak which made her easy to spot. God Speed little one thank you for gracing my garden. May you find safe havens and sweet nectar on your journey south. Please keep the nectar fresh for these wonderful birds.
