I wanted to share my hummingbird encounter.
I heard a loud buzzing in my kitchen and looked up to my skylight and there was a hummingbird trapped and hitting the skylight trying to get out. I was worried about hurting it if I tried to trap it. I saw my vase of sunflowers and took one and taped it to a broom handle. I raised the sunflower slowly up to the skylight and the Hummingbird landed on the flower. I gently lowered the flower and carried it outside. As soon as I was outside the Hummingbird flew away. Safe and free :)
