One hummer was feeding at one of the feeders this morning, Sept. 25. I did not see it during the rest of the day or in the evening. Today, Sept. 26, I have not seen a one. But they stayed about 5 days longer than in prior years. I am sad every fall when they leave but I look forward to following their migration next February-March but they seldom reach my home until late April or early May.
