Today was the third rainy day in a row and the full moon. Husband said he saw one nectaring on the butterfly bush around 3pm. I caught sight of it on a non-flowering bush. It flew to a redbud tree and hung out in the misty rain. Made me wonder how long they can go without eating, how impeded they are by weather and where do they sleep?
