I think "my" birds have left; I didn't see them after my 9/17 sighting. I had one bird that was definitely smaller than "mine" show up on 9/23 and go to my feeder - but it was afraid of us, even movement within my house would scare it. Just here for that one day, then moved on. I'll leave the feeder up through the end of October and report any further sightings, but I think our resident hummers have moved on.
