Virginia Living Museum [AKA Monarch Waystation #299] reports a male monarch butterfly was sighted, netted, tagged and released today from the Children's Learning Garden. It was feeding on both Tithonia and tropical milkweed before it was netted.
Vaya con Dios, mi amigo! The weather here is cloudy, intermittent rain, in the 70s, humid, breezy. It flew southerly and landed in nearby trees.
