Large adult was circling about 50-75 feet above Clarkson Road, just south of the Clayton/Clarskon intersection beside Daniel Boone Library. The road is 5 lanes wide with lots of traffic and the circles were very tight, not wider than the 5 lanes of traffic. After 4-5 circles it flew off to a tree about 30 yards off the road. My son and I were driving southbound on Clarkson and I quickly pulled off the road into the library parking lot. I got out to the road and saw the bird land in the tree. After 5 minutes of sitting there, looking around, it then flew east along a tree line and was gone.
