Still seeing female hummingbirds feeding at feeder and at flowers. I took the feeder in this morning to wash and refill it. When I returned with it, a female hummer was sitting on top of the hanger waiting. It is 59 degrees and raining a lot here today. There is a major storm system from the west bringing several inches of rain and Hurricane Joanquin to the east, so even if she was planning on migrating, she is probably stuck until weather clears.
