1 hummingbird sits while the other 2 chase each other. The single hummingbird is very little with a fat little body and tiny beak. It is patient and unmoving and I think, this one is at my house early in the spring and late in the fall. I always called him the old man in the spring but I know it is a female. I believe it is the same one this fall. I have seen this one in the spring for several years.
