Early this morning the juvenile hummingbird sat at the front feeder all puffed up sipping for a long time. It was 42 degrees. I saw the adult female often at a different feeder thru the afternoon. She seemed at home perched in the river birch tree. I think the juvenile is gone as I didn't see it again. Wonder if the adult female is going to be here tomorrow. Breezy, cool and sunny today.
