Bald Eagle

Date: 10/03/2015

Number: 1

We first saw a gang of young turkeys on the side of the road, there was a dead deer in the ditch on the opposite side of the road. When one of the turkeys flew up into the trees ahead of us I was watching for where is would land. It was then that I saw the eagle up high in the tree. The turkey nearly flew into the eagle. The eagle did not fly. I was very large and a very large white head. A very rare sight here in the valley. First one I've seen since living in the Ellett Valley for 25 years.
