I have several feeders, one is on south side of my house about 7' from my screen-in porch, placed there 2 years ago. I thought the migration started mid Sept but I still see this one which has been here all summer. Questions; how much longer before he migrates? Can humming birds survive the Virginia coastal winter? Or what can I do to help stay the winter?
