Last monarch was observed at Harrisville State Park on the beach in the light rain on September 29th. September 30th to October 3rd it has been in the low to mid 50's without rain with high winds from the NE at 15 to 31 mph. After 3 days of this the winds have finally died down to NE at 8 mph under cloudy conditions. This week is forecast to be partly cloudy to sunny and in the 60's. Hopefully I will still find a monarch to use my last tag on.
