I have spotted 2-3 immature Ruby-throated Hummingbirds for the past week in SW Ohio. This evening there were 2 chasing each other in my yard and feeding on the blooms pineapple sage, Mexican sunflower, Shrimp Plant, Cuphea 'David Verity' and 'Vermillionaire' and Scarlet Rooster Sage.

The attached image is of an immature male Ruby-throated Hummingbird and the blooms of salvia dichlamys 'Scarlet Rooster Sage'.
