We were not sure any were still here. My husband had to skip his regular daybreak feeder watch. I did not see any at my usual sighting times from 12noon-2:30 pm. At 3pm I sighted the large female at kitchen sink window feeder. She stayed a very long time drinking slowly much like the drinking behavior I notice right before night fall. I counted 15-20 sips with breaks in between. I suppose that was her "fill-up drink" from our feeder because she did not return. The smaller female or Juvenile was coming from 6-7 pm every 20 mins. and then every 10 mins. right up to 7 pm. But he was only doing a few sips at a time. The high was 82 today & sunny. Suppose to have a few warmer days. So maybe they will stick around a few more days.
