1:10 PM Partly sunny today.
Spotted a Monarch butterfly as it crossed over Wiltshire Road at the entrance to Brockerhoff Height II on the north side of Jacksonville Road, just east of Bellefonte, PA.
While I had seen numerous butterflies in the area through the end of September, I have not seen any the past week. I'm guessing today's was a late straggler; however, it was headed west. :-)
