Practice Report (Any Species)

Date: 09/28/2015

Number: 1

Possible Scott's Oriole. Glossy black head, body, tail. Bright yellow fat belly ( not orange) but I don't think it went under the tail. Medium long tail. Size of crow or a bit smaller and longer. White flash at shoulder of wing. Pecking at wires/boxes on top of utility pole, then flew away, smooth flight. I'm not a bird watcher so might have some details wrong. Never seen this type of bird here before.
