Having some very fierce battles at my feeders. One female ruby throated humming bird is very aggressive towards another particular bird, chasing her from all four feeders in my yard AND the two in my neighbors yard. The third female comes in and feeds at the feeders when the other two off fighting.
They all seem to have a preference for the feeders in my backyard only occasionally visiting the ones in my front yard.
Have had some close encounters with them while working in my garden. Some times I feel as if I need protective gear!!
