Since our observations of peak migration and roosting Monarchs between Sept 15th-18th we have seen a few single butterflies, presumably stragglers that developed late. Despite some chilly nights recently (down to 2c or 3c) we saw 2 Monarchs feeding on red clover in our hay field as recently as Mon Oct 5th and Tues Oct 6th.
