I was still water kayaking on the Monongaleha River, which runs through Morgantown, WV and within 5 minutes of each other, three Monarchs flew by very near to me, over the water. The air was still-no wind, and they were headed south! It was about 1pm. I was very excited, and twisted around too quickly, making my boat rock precariously!
