Monarch number 9 came by today flying SW early this am when the winds were calm. By late morning the breezes had picked up from the SW (blowing toward NE) to steady between 5-10 mph with higher gusts which I imagine stopped the migration south for the day.

Weather--low of 60 F, high of 80 F partly sunny in am but clouding up by mid afternoon to completely overcast by 4 pm. (Rain approaching at 7 pm with embedded thunderstorms). Due to be quite a bit cooler tomorrow and breezy(high mid 60's.)
