1. Erly this afternoon (c. 1:50) my husband saw a monarch on the butterfly bush in our backyard. He was not able to identify sex.

2. I was at Kerrville-Schreiner Park's Butterfly Garden later in the afternoon and saw one femail monarch (c. 4:15).
