Saw a bulked-up female at our tube feeder at 8:30 this morning. She drank, then perched in a nearby tree. We still have lots of nectar-filled pineapple sage flowers that she loves to tap. It's cloudy and about 58 degrees. Predicted to be partly sunny and low 70's by late afternoon. Today is my husband's birthday and on this date last year was our last hummingbird sighting.
