At about 6 pm we saw three monarchs on our butterfly bush. We saw two monarchs on the bush at c. 4:45 but then got dinner ready and ate. Since we did not watch them to see if two of the 4:45 monarchs were part of the 6 pm group, I did not want to report seeing a total of 5 monarchs this afternoon.
