I saw two monarchs one at about 11:00 am and the other one at about 11:20 am they were both flying near the hatchery one flew around a small flowering shrub for a minute and the other one was just flying over the road I chased it with my bicycle for a minute to try and get a closer look then it flew up in the air beyond me.
