Observed a Monarch in my yard, that had just emerged from its chrysalis and was pumping up its wings. Temperatures not looking great, going down to 0°C (32°F) the next few nights and cold during the day, only 3°C (37°F) on Saturday. Raining and windy as well. Hope it makes it to Mexico.
