They were resting on the trees at Rooney park. There weren't as many as I'd seen in previous years though. Not sure on number, I'm just guessing. It was about 11 a.m. on Thursday the 15th that we saw them. The wind was blowing from the northwest. They were in a copse of trees in the local park.
