Oodles of Monarchs today in Anchor Bay. It’s warm and calm and my butterfly bush finally bloomed. I will send a photo or two if I got some good ones. Put me down for ten today over an hour period. I also saw some in Gualala. Looks like a great year for Monarchs here.

A radio segment this morning talked about the Monarchs. They said so many people in California are taking out the lawns (YAY!) because of the drought, and replacing them with native plants, that the Monarchs are doing better.
