1 male sighting today. It was a newly hatched male from its chrysalis feeding on the flowers of the milkweed that it ate upon as a larva growing up through all 5 instars. This is a brother or a sister to the 21 chrysalis's that I have at my house who are on their way to now becoming the King or Queen to this fine royal subject. "Get a shrimp on the 'barby mate" down in Pacific Grove in 2 weeks...
