I was leaving a grocery and Target strip center, ready to enter the access road to IH10 Freeway... I see the Monarch as I am waiting for an opening to enter.. the Monarch is heading into the traffic and I freeze... just watching it, terrified. Somehow the Monarch manages to fly along the edge of the road, rather than cross the whole access road, and over pass... How do they do it? I know this may not be the first interstate this Monarch has crossed... How do they do it? Then I could not see it anymore... Godspeed little Monarch, godspeed.
