There are at present 6 monarchs in my backyard. Realizing that this is no longer peak migration and not really a migration sighting, I have chosen to place this report under "other observation". I was not at home when the largest number of monarchs went through my yard but a neighbor said it was "more than the 22" I had reported around October 14. So I am assuming that the numbers increased as usual for that following week. Sorry I couldn't be more definitive. I am concerned though that I keep having 4, 6, 10, when the sunshine returns after a couple of days of rain. Sure hope they make it to Mexico.
