Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 10/29/2015

Number: 5

We have many hummingbirds pass through all year. We have at least 2 competing ruby throat males, a female and juvenile, and another species with a black head, white breast, and green back. There are a few that have decided to stay on the Oregon coast all winter, ever since I've lived here during the past 10 years. That happens to some of the gray whales and other species also, like humans! We have such a temperate climate, it's hard not to stay!
